Personal assistant wanted!

You will work about 75% from this autumn, but will be trained before that and are welcome to take a few shifts per month during the summer.

Working hours are scheduled from morning to evening and distributed on a rotating schedule with consecutive days off. You work two to three shifts per week. Several of my assistants have time to work on other projects alongside, such as studies or freelance work.

To make it work, you should be quite motivated – both physically and mentally – and somewhat of a "doer." Since I see the assistant role as qualified and long-term, you probably do too.

I need assistance with most physical tasks. This can range from turning me over in bed while I sleep, to making coffee or fixing my hairstyle before I go out. This of course means your workplace can vary: at home, at my work sites, out in town, sometimes on trips, and so on.

I am a culture-interested speaker and project manager who, among other things, enjoys a good espresso martini, maximalism, and a really bad horror movie.

For you to be able to apply for this job, the following points must apply to you:

• Sensible view of humanity with a focus on rights

I see service professions as meritorious – several of my assistants have previously worked in cafés, retail, as well as makeup and culture. This is not a care job. Have you been a personal assistant before and know exactly what self-determination means? Great!
