We are looking for a Site Manager for our operations in Västerås. You will be responsible for the daily management of cleaning projects, leading staff and ensuring high quality in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and allocate work within cleaning services
• Ensure quality, follow-up, and maintain customer relations
• Staff responsibility and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and work environment regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in managing large-scale projects (required)
• Previous leadership experience
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's license (B)
