Store Salesperson Specialist Retail

For us, the customer is always the most important, and as a store employee, you have the most important role in creating the best shopping experience for our customers. You will serve, assist, and guide our customers to make the best purchases.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, service-oriented, and as a store salesperson, you will work with both private and corporate customers to independently and successfully sell our products. You want to work close to the customer, engage in the meeting, and have the willingness to go the extra mile to create long-term customer relationships. You are a appreciated and flexible team player who enjoys working in a team and contributing to the whole. Then you are who we are looking for for our store in Strängnäs!

Main tasks:

- Sales to both corporate and private customers on weekdays and Saturdays (according to schedule)

- Serving our customers by phone

- Keeping order and organizing products in the store

- Helping customers with hydraulic hose assembly in our hydraulic workshop, simpler service work on robotic lawn mowers.

- Actively working with upselling during customer visits

- Selling consumables and parts from our large range to our customers

We are looking for someone who has –

Work experience from agriculture or similar industry - Completed upper secondary education or equivalent, preferably with an agricultural focus - Experience and competence from previous work in a store is very meritorious - Engaged, responsible, and service-minded - Positive attitude and solution-oriented - Ability to express themselves in both speech and writing in Swedish - Computer skills - B driver's license - Forklift license
