Bogården HVB is a privately owned operation that offers qualified social services in the form of HVB. Bogården HVB has 7 places and accepts placements under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act (LVU).

About the position

The HVB home works with the target group of boys aged 13 to 18 who are in unsuitable environments, have committed isolated crimes, have tried drugs, or exhibit threatening behavior. As the manager at Bogården HVB, you will be responsible for ensuring that the HVB home is conducted according to the permit, maintains high quality, and creates a good work environment. The manager's duties include employee responsibility, work management, administrative tasks such as finances, documentation, scheduling, and framework agreement procurement. You are also responsible for follow-up, quality assurance, and further development of the operation. For us, it is important that you as a manager want to be active and operational in the daily work of the operation. This is a prerequisite for you to be able to maintain and develop relationships with colleagues, young people, and our clients.

Qualifications

As a manager, you must meet the following requirements:

- At least 180 higher education credits with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science.

- Experience from similar operations.

- Personal suitability.

We are therefore looking for a social worker or someone with another equivalent relevant higher education. You have several years of professional experience working with the target group of children/youth and have prior experience in a supervisory role with personnel responsibility. You can work independently and make your own decisions within the scope of your assignment. You are expected to be a solution-focused, stress-resistant, secure, and clear leader. You need to be oriented in administrative and financial work, as the position includes financial planning/budgeting, procurement, and development of the operation. It is important that you have good knowledge of relevant legislation.
