About the role

As a supervisor with us, you will play a central role in supporting and guiding job seekers through the Prepare and Match program. You will work individually with participants, helping them find jobs or education and supporting them in their development.

Your main tasks include:

• Mapping participants' skills and career goals
• Coaching and motivating participants on their way to work or study
• Creating individual action plans and following up on progress
• Networking with employers to create job and internship opportunities
• Conducting individual conversations and group activities
• Writing and administering reports according to the Swedish Public Employment Service requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in job coaching, labor market initiatives, or recruitment
• Has good knowledge of the labor market and its demands
• Is a good listener and has an ability to build trust
• Is goal-oriented and structured in their work
• Thrives in a role where you get to help people develop
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Your competence as a supervisor must be demonstrated through one of the following two options:

• Option 1

Education: Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to previous system). The provider decides which field of study is most suitable to achieve the goal of the assignment.

Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time may also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

• Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a pass grade. Post-secondary education includes higher education as well as various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational education, higher vocational education, military training, and police training.

Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following occupations or tasks:

- Management with personnel responsibility.

- Recruitment.

- Transition work for job seekers.

- Study and career guidance.

- Personnel matters processing (not solely personnel administration).

- Work with labor and labor market issues.

- Work with social and group psychology.

- Career guidance.

Part-time may also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in Prepare and Match or similar placement initiatives
• Knowledge of languages other than Swedish
• Networks in the labor market
