Supervisor (Summer Substitute)

We are now looking for an engaged and matching-focused supervisor with strong local knowledge of the Örebro area's labor market.

In the role of supervisor, you will guide and coach jobseekers on their individual journey towards work or studies. This is within the framework of the Swedish Public Employment Service's procured matching service 'Rusta och Matcha' (Strengthen and Match). To thrive in this role, you need to be relationship-building and stimulated by meeting people in a change process. The work places high demands on documentation, and you need to be able to structure and work methodically based on set goals and results.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked with any of the Swedish Public Employment Service's matching services. We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability in this recruitment.

The position is a temporary substitution for a preliminary period from 2026-07-06 to 2026-08-07. Possibility of extension exists.

Qualifications

Option 1

Education: University education of at least 180 university credits (120 credits according to the previous system).

Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time may also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education as well as various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, higher vocational education, military training, and police training.

Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

- Management with personnel responsibility

- Recruitment

- Outplacement work for jobseekers

- Study and career guidance

- Case processing in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)

- Work with labor market and employment issues

- Work with social and group psychology

- Career guidance

Part-time may also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
