Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide top-class service

• Handle check-ins and check-outs

• Work with bookings for camping, hotel, hostel, and cabins

• Cash management and restocking in our mini market

• Be part of a positive team where we help each other and have fun at work

Qualifications:

· Experience with the booking system CompuSoft

· Ability to solve problems independently

· Good collaboration skills and service mindset

· Experience from previous reception work at a campsite or hotel

· Stress resistant
