Urban Taste seeks Bar Manager / Service Manager for our team

We are looking for a driven and experienced team member to take on a key role in our operations as Bar Manager, also responsible for service.

You have a strong interest in service, leadership, and beverage culture, as well as the ability to create a professional and welcoming experience for our guests. You are confident in operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable leading the team during service.

We value previous experience in:

• Team leadership in bar, service, or restaurant
• Serving and guest interaction
• Mixology, wine knowledge, and upselling
• Scheduling, ordering, and daily operations
• Staff management and team leadership

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and service-minded with an eye for detail.

The position is 80% with work primarily in the evenings and on weekends.
