AH Projektering AB is growing and is now looking for a committed and experienced Site Supervisor for scaffolding.
About the position
As a Site Supervisor with us, you will play a central role in the operations. You are responsible for leading and distributing work on projects, ensuring jobs are carried out efficiently and according to plan, and that staff have the right conditions to perform well. You are the link between management, assemblers, and customers.
Job duties
- Lead and plan the daily work of our scaffolding assemblers
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality
- Maintain contact with customers and be responsible on worksites
- Work environment responsibility and ensure safety regulations are followed
- Participate in planning and problem-solving for project changes
Qualifications
- Experience in construction scaffolding work
- Previously worked as a scaffolding assembler
- Experience in site supervision is meritorious
- Good understanding of safety and work environment in construction
- Ability to structure, plan, and lead staff
- A valid driver's license (B category) is required
