Mystery Shopper needed for visit in Bollnäs

A Mystery Shopper is just like you or me, an ordinary person who visits stores, car dealerships, cafes, and more. But unlike a regular customer, the Mystery Shopper has a mission, an instruction tailored to what our client wants to know. It could be finding out what the salespeople think about our client's laptop, or whether the car dealer offers you a quote and contacts you after the visit, or if a restaurant that hires us follows the chain's profile and the sales staff work according to the company's training.

When a visit is completed, the Mystery Shopper's task is to fill out an online report as soon as possible. The report contains both checkbox questions to gather statistics and open-ended questions to capture your experience. Therefore, it is important that you can express yourself well in writing.

For most people, Mystery Shopping is a flexible and fun side job to have alongside another job, or between jobs, or during studies or after retirement. Compensation for assignments can range from around a hundred kronor for small tasks up to around 1,000 kronor for larger ones. You yourself accept or decline tasks when they are offered. You can influence which tasks you receive by expressing interest online in projects you want to participate in. And you can plan which day you will do the task yourself. There is no minimum number of visits required, only that you take responsibility for the tasks you have committed to.

We are now looking for a new Mystery Shopper for a visit at a car dealer in Bollnäs and need someone who wants to visit the store on a weekday in early/mid-May. We will come back with offers for more visits during the year.
