Keemchi seeks Team Leader

Duties:

Lead and distribute the daily work in the restaurant

• Ensure that service and quality maintain high standards

• Introduce and support new staff

• Plan staffing and scheduling as needed

• Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant

• Handle orders and contact with suppliers

• Follow up on routines regarding hygiene, safety, and self-monitoring

• Support operations – both in the kitchen and serving as needed

• Handle simple administrative tasks

• Contribute to developing working methods and routines

About Keemchi

Keemchi was founded in 2017 with the goal of introducing Korean food culture to Sweden. We value high quality and constantly work to develop our flavors and dishes. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, interested in cooking, and passionate about creating a fantastic restaurant experience. With us, you will work with Korean cooking, serving, customer service, and other typical restaurant tasks. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for organization, ordering supplies, and quality control in the restaurant.

With us, work hours vary: daytime, evenings, and weekends.

We are primarily looking for those who plan to work indefinitely and value a long-term collaboration between employer and employee.

We are looking for various levels of experience and can tailor roles according to your experience.
