E-commerce Customer Service Representative Malmö

About us

Hill Ceramic is an established e-commerce company operating in Sweden and Denmark. We sell tiles, bathroom products, and interior decor to both private individuals and corporate clients. A growing part of our customer base consists of project customers and architects. We are in an exciting expansion phase and have recently moved to new modern premises in Malmö with a customer center and warehouse under the same roof. Our work environment is relaxed, informal, and collaborative.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you are an important part of our team and responsible for providing fast, clear, and professional assistance to our customers in Sweden, Denmark, and other EU countries. You primarily work via email and phone, using our ticket system Freshdesk and our custom e-commerce platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Assist customers with questions about products, orders, deliveries, and complaints
• Register and follow up on tickets in Freshdesk
• Collaborate with colleagues in warehouse, sales, and support to smoothly resolve customer cases

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar work.
• Is service-minded, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently. Knowledge of Danish or Norwegian is meritorious.
• Experience with Freshdesk or similar systems is meritorious but not required.
• Experience or background in construction, HVAC, or similar field is meritorious.
