Description

At Krontallen Fastigheter, we buy, develop, and manage residential properties in the Gävle and Sandviken areas. We renovate houses and apartments, furnish them, and create attractive homes for rental and sale. Do you want to be involved from project to finished home? Welcome to us!

We are looking for a Property Manager who wants an active and varied job where you get to work hands-on and take responsibility for daily property management. The work is based in Gävle with assignments in the Gävle and Sandviken areas.

With us, you are part of the entire process, from taking over a property to having it ready for the next tenant. You work broadly with various tasks and are an important part of keeping our properties in good condition and our tenants satisfied.

The role is varied and includes everything from furnishing and styling to simple maintenance, inspections, gardening, weekly cleaning, and contact with tenants.

To thrive in this role, you need to have a structured approach and be able to plan your day effectively. Although the work is hands-on, it requires you to prioritize, follow up, and ensure tasks are completed.

You will become an important part of our operations and receive great trust in your work. The pace can be high and workdays vary, which means you need to be flexible and enjoy a role where you take responsibility and solve tasks as they arise.

You take responsibility for your work and can work independently when needed, while being unpretentious and always ready to help your colleagues. We work closely as a team, support each other in day-to-day work, and together ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Furnishing, decorating, and preparing homes for rental.
  • Participating in move-in and move-out processes.
  • Performing simple maintenance and addressing fault reports.
  • Planning and conducting inspections of apartments and properties.
  • Maintaining gardens and outdoor areas, contributing to a well-kept environment.
  • Coordinating and following up on work with external contractors.
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with tenants as needed and handling simple matters.
  • Ensuring order, structure, and quality in daily work, including recurring tasks such as weekly cleaning.
