The Company

Sematic was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Linköping. The company develops advanced software focused on facilitating staff scheduling at large hospitals. This includes user-friendly interfaces and a high degree of automation through advanced algorithms featuring automated optimization functions and self-learning methods.

The idea was conceived and developed in direct collaboration with end users, resulting in solutions that address the core of healthcare's scheduling challenges. Today, the tool is market-leading and outperforms solutions from established software giants. Its clients include numerous regions and hospitals, all of which have signed multi-year contracts.

Sematic has grown steadily to meet customer demand. Last year, the workplace expanded with a move to new office premises in Linköping, and now it's time for additional talents to join the competent and driven team.
