Night Receptionist

Right now we are looking for you who wants to work 50% in our reception at Hotel Charlottenberg. As a receptionist with us, you are the face of the hotel and a key person in our hotel guests' experience. We are looking for a driven and responsible employee who can deliver first-class service to our guests with energy, joy and professionalism.

Job Description

As a receptionist at Hotel Charlottenberg, you will work with, among other things:

• Handle check-in and check-out and assist our guests before, during and after their stay to give them the best possible hotel experience
• Handle the hotel's phone, email and incoming bookings. You handle, among other things, incoming bookings, invoices, reviews and answer guests' questions.
• During the shift, you are responsible for keeping the reception area and other premises welcoming.

The work as a receptionist involves night shifts and varied working hours during weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have previous experience in service and/or administration.
• Have good computer skills and enjoy an administrative role.
• Have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

It is also advantageous if you:

• Have experience working in Hotsoft or another booking system.
• Master one or more additional languages.
• Have a knack for social media and want to help us develop the hotel's platforms together with our marketing department.

You have a natural ability to plan, execute and follow up on your work. You enjoy working with improvement and development, are flexible and not afraid of change.
