Job duties

• Preparing wok dishes according to given recipes and quality standards
• Working in hot kitchen: frying, boiling, preparation, and mise en place
• Deep-frying various ingredients with high precision and safety
• Ensuring good hygiene and order in the kitchen
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Experience in wok cooking is required
• Accustomed to deep-frying and hot kitchen work
• Good knife skills and understanding of ingredients
• Fast, thorough, and stress-resistant
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
