Flag Guard Road Construction Boden 60% 3-4 Weeks

We are looking for at least 4 people to act as flag guards at a road construction site on the way to Stegra for a period of 3-4 weeks. The shifts are 0530-0800 and 15.30-1800, 2.5 hours per shift. Each shift must be staffed by 4 people. The work is expected to start in early June. Stegra will train those who will work with this well before the start. You can park your own car by the roadside while working.

Job duties:

A flag guard is responsible for stopping, guiding, and directing traffic safely at road works, closures, or other situations where traffic needs to be controlled. They ensure that road workers can perform their tasks without risk from passing vehicles and act quickly in unexpected situations such as accidents or unauthorized passage. The flag guard uses traffic signs, hand signals, and signals to control traffic and cooperates with colleagues to coordinate flow and safety.

We are looking for careful, responsible individuals, preferably older.

It is very important that you can adhere to the working hours!

Perhaps you are a retiree who wants something to do for a short period. Gender does not matter.

You must be able to receive training and instructions in Swedish.

Salary is paid as an hourly wage.

You must be able to get to and from Stegra in Boden.
