Tester/QA in KALMAR!

We continue to invest in quality and are looking for a meticulous and driven Tester/QA. You play a key role in how we ensure the quality of our digital products – from web-based platforms to mobile applications in an international digital environment. We have several products live and plan to launch more in the future.

The role involves operational and strategic responsibility for testing, from planning and test case design to execution and follow-up. The goal is to deliver products that maintain the highest quality and can compete globally. You work closely with product and development teams but are expected to independently drive testing efforts and contribute to a stable quality foundation for continued growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, create, estimate, execute, follow up, and perform retests

• Work strategically and operationally in close dialogue with product and development teams

• Develop test cases based on requirements and design specifications, and follow up on requirements fulfillment

• Review and objectively assess discrepancies, and ensure consensus among stakeholders

• Report test results and keep test documentation updated

We are looking for someone who

• Has approximately 2 years of experience in a similar testing role

• Has experience testing with personas representing the project's target users

• Has knowledge of various testing methods, e.g., exploratory testing, UI/UX testing, functional testing, and acceptance testing

• Is a structured problem solver who works independently and takes responsibility

• Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating in teams

Meritorious

• Experience from iGaming, fintech, or other regulated digital products

• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android)

• Experience with automated testing

• That you have embraced AI as a significant aid in your work
