Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

Join our dedicated quality team and take on a key role in ensuring the quality of our Core Components – from initial supplier contact to final delivery.

You work closely with both internal teams and our suppliers to drive non-conformance management with high precision and ensure that corrective actions have real impact.

Every day, you use your analytical sharpness to identify patterns, improve processes, and create stable quality flows.

How you will make an impact

Lead and coordinate non-conformance management through all phases – from registration to implementation and follow-up.

Ensure that suppliers perform correct root cause analyses (RCA) and that actions prevent recurring errors.

Analyze statistics and trends to verify actions and detect recurring patterns.

Prepare documentation and reports for meetings such as Supplier Performance Review and NCC Q-gate.

Drive continuous improvements through process development and support supplier development within your area of responsibility.

What you bring

Experience from production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or similar areas.

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.

Structural and analytical ability as well as drive to achieve set goals.

Solid understanding of material flows, effective inventory management, and work with quality-driven processes (SAP knowledge meritorious).

About the team

You will be part of our quality and supplier development team with a total of 22 knowledgeable colleagues, including both Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE).

Here, we work closely with strategic purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure the highest possible quality in our deliveries.
