Mechanical Engineer and Tester - Electric Surfboards

Lindboard is a startup in Stockholm developing electric surfboards. Getting enough power and energy into the small spaces of a surfboard is a groundbreaking engineering challenge. We want to add a junior engineer to our team who will work on production method improvements and CAD design, but also as a product tester, sales support, and customer service.

As a member of our compact team, the ideal candidate must possess adaptability in their skills and demonstrate versatility in performing tasks. We are looking for an individual who can effectively navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Work areas:

Iteration and improvement of manufacturing methods. This includes CAD design.

Testing new versions of the product.

Technical sales support.

First and second line customer service.

Requirements:

Experience using parametric design software, such as SolidWorks or similar programs.

Previous experience in mechanical system design.

Education equivalent to at least a university engineering degree.

Meriting experience:

Water sports experience, especially surfing.

You are a highly motivated and skilled engineer. You should have a confidence that matches your competence and be comfortable working in an independent environment with minimal supervision.

Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
