We are looking for security guards for summer substitutes and on-call positions

Are you a responsible and trustworthy security guard with an empathetic approach to other people? We are looking for security-conscious, social, stress-tolerant, and positive individuals with inner confidence and a natural drive to help. Security guards work in many different environments with highly varied tasks.

Cubsec AB is now seeking security guards for the summer period as well as on-call employees in Gothenburg. As a security guard, your task is to create a safe and secure environment for those who live and work in the area, so strong social skills are important. The tasks deviate from traditional surveillance in many respects. Much of the patrol time is used to create and maintain good relationships with residents and visitors in the area.

Basic requirements:

• Driver's license (B)
• You must have a clean criminal record and no record of non-payment
• Able to speak and write fluent Swedish and English
• At least 18 years old
• High school education

It is a plus if you are a trained security guard.

As a security guard at Cubsec, you always maintain a serious and professional attitude. You act judiciously and proactively in the client's best interest. You have the ability to create calm and are good at adapting your approach based on the various situations that may arise at work. You should find it easy to meet others and build relationships, but also be able to set boundaries and be clear. Since as a security guard you may encounter conflict-ridden situations at work, high demands are placed on personal maturity and being confident in your professional role.
