The Solåkrabyn Association on Selaön is looking for 2 employees for the housing unit

Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association that runs social therapeutic LSS activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Qualifications

You need to have care and nursing training, equivalent education, or experience working in care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing due to extensive documentation and communication, computer skills, and a valid driving license (B) are required.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication - AAC as well as experience working with people with disabilities is considered meritorious.

The job duties involve supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's own ability to perform activities in daily life and creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is included in the tasks.

Working hours: Scheduled hours, evenings, weekends, and awake night shifts.

Employment is part-time, approximately 75% - 90%.

We apply a 6-month probationary employment.
