About us

Frösjö Health Center is centrally located in Gnesta, about a 2-minute walk from the train and bus station. We have been operating since October 2019 and currently have approximately 4000 registered patients. Frösjö Health Center is a private practice with an agreement under the Health Choice system in Region Sörmland.

We have a dedicated and tight-knit team with short decision-making paths and close leadership. We place great emphasis on accessibility, continuity, and quality – both for our patients and for our work environment.

We are in a development phase where we are strengthening psychosocial work in primary care and working towards clear and sustainable care flows.

Your responsibilities:

With us, you will work based on the primary care mission, assessing and treating mild to moderate mental health issues (including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, lifestyle habits, and life changes).

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a healthcare license.

Experience in counselor work within healthcare is meritorious, and basic psychotherapy competence (Step 1) is a requirement.

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to their work and a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You need to be flexible and able to take initiative. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
