
Treatment Assistant HVB (full-time, part-time, hourly)
Description
We are looking for those who want to work full-time (permanent employment) as well as part-time and hourly as a treatment assistant at our HVB Pilkasens gård.
As a treatment assistant, you work to support, motivate and guide the youth in their treatment process. You support them emotionally, socially and practically. You have both structured conversations and daily support. You support and motivate towards schooling, internships, summer jobs and an active and meaningful daily life. You collaborate closely with responsible social services, guardians, schools, healthcare and other actors in the young person's life.
The efforts are guided by the social services' assignment, which is defined in care and implementation plans. Your work is carried out in accordance with the established policies and routines of the operation and you apply given evidence-based methods and approaches such as CBT, MI and low-arousal approaches.
An important part of the work as a treatment assistant is documentation, keeping ongoing logs, summarizing monthly reports, drawing up implementation plans, etc.
The tasks also include participation in the organization's systematic quality work as defined in the organization's management system. This work includes risk assessments, deviation management, self-inspections, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply have a genuine interest in working with youth. You are perceptive and empathetic and have the ability to create honest and trusting relationships. You have the ability to show genuine care while, through a low-arousal approach, maintaining structure and setting boundaries in a pedagogical way. You have the ability to take personal responsibility within given frameworks in the daily work and at the same time have good collaboration skills. Flexibility is highly valued.
You who apply have a university education in social work or at least a 2-year post-secondary education in social work.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas are meritorious: CBT, MI, DBT, ART, low-arousal approach, mental illness, neuropsychiatric diagnoses. Furthermore, an interest in horses and riding is meritorious.

The positions are both full-time, part-time and hourly, and it is important that in your application you state which type of position you are applying for.
Working hours are day/evening/weekend (sleeping on-call). We also offer hourly employment with ONLY evening/night with sleeping on-call.
