Youth Leader

Södertälje Friskola is an independent school in central Södertälje with about 480 students. The school is about a 5-minute walk from bus and train. We place great emphasis on students' language development and work extensively with collaborative learning to develop our pedagogy.

We place great importance on having certified teachers with high competence and strong commitment. With us, each student is seen and noticed based on their own conditions. The staff is divided into four teams: after-school care, F-3, 4-6, and grades 7-9.

You must be confident and clear in your leadership, have a student perspective that aligns with the school's values, and good knowledge of the school's governing documents. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you are positive, clear, respectful, goal-oriented, solution-focused, and take responsibility.

We are looking for someone interested in working with children and youth. You will primarily be a resource for students in grades 1-3 and also be available to students during breaks and after-school care, all to create a pleasant and calm school environment.

The position is full-time and starts on August 10.
