I am looking for you to be my personal assistant

I am a younger woman who needs your support in my daily life. I have limited ability to take care of myself, be active, and plan my day. Your workplace is where I am and located. I live in a house with a large garden together with my husband and daughter and our three dogs.

Expectations and requirements for you as my personal assistant

As my personal assistant, you need to be my right hand in helping me find my way, understand, and interpret what I want and desire. You will be an important part of my everyday life.

I need you to manage my daily life. You should be calm, stress-resistant, stable, and have both feet on the ground with a genuine interest in providing me with the care I need to have a meaningful life. You need the ability to be motivating, patient, and at the same time very solution-focused.

It is a basic requirement that you as a person are present, engaged, and have a high intuitive ability to read me and understand me and my needs, as well as the ability to stay one step ahead in various situations. You are happy, positive, inclusive, and humble in your role as a personal assistant. Age is also important, so if you are a bit over 50, that's good.

Important success factors to meet me and my needs are that you are perceptive, empathetic, and have extensive knowledge in healthcare and nursing, as that is a great need in my daily life. It is of utmost importance that you, together with me, plan the daily content that suits me based on my condition each day.

Personal suitability high, broad knowledge, and experience in healthcare and nursing.

Chemistry between you and me is an important selection criterion. These criteria carry the most weight when offering the position.

The position and working hours

The position corresponds to approximately 50%

Working hours are primarily scheduled between approximately 07:00–22:00 all days of the week, but night shifts also occur. Working hours are planned well in advance in cooperation with me and you. I would appreciate it if you are flexible and can step in when needed.
