What we are looking for

We are looking for an engaged support assistant for our operations in Skäggetorp in Linköping. In this role, you will work to support adult men with neuropsychiatric and psychiatric disabilities in their daily lives.

The operation includes five residential places for individuals with various disabilities, including neuropsychiatric and psychiatric diagnoses, as well as epilepsy and Down syndrome.

We are looking for someone with experience in the field and preferably education as a support assistant or equivalent.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge in:

• MI (Motivational Interviewing),
• ESL (An Independent Life),
• IBIC (Individual's Needs in Focus).
• You have good documentation skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are cooperative, responsible, and see opportunities for development both in clients and in the operation.

Working hours

The operation runs around the clock, which means work during the day, evening, and weekends. Sleeping on-call duty is included.

The position is approximately 70-75%.
