Year-round employed Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager

GrebbestadFjorden is located in the heart of Bohuslän, just a few minutes' walk from the popular Grebbestad pier, cliffs, and saltwater baths. We are now looking for a driven and engaged Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager who, like us, is motivated by satisfied guests. The position is full-time and suits you who thrive in an operational leadership role where service, quality, responsibility, and teamwork are key.

About the position

In the role as Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager, you are responsible for quality, staff, and daily operations. You work operationally together with your colleagues in both cleaning and breakfast because that is how we believe our guests get a really good experience - from arrival to departure.

Work duties

- Staff responsibility within housekeeping and breakfast for both year-round and seasonal employees

- Quality assurance of arrival rooms and service buildings

- Operational work with cleaning of rooms, common areas, cottages, and service buildings

- Deep cleaning during periods of lower occupancy

- Breakfast and conference responsibility with planning and execution during pre- and post-season

- Ensuring routines, workflows, and a high service level

- General administrative tasks such as ordering, scheduling, etc.

- Being flexible and taking responsibility where needed in daily operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in a responsible role

- At least 3 years of experience in hotel cleaning or equivalent

- Very good collaboration skills and sense of responsibility

- Very good Swedish in both speech and writing

Meritorious

- Experience in cleaning, preferably of service buildings at campsites

- Staff responsibility and quality work

- Experience with breakfast service
