About the role

As a cleaning supervisor in home cleaning, you become the hub of Grön Städning.

You are responsible for leading, planning, and scheduling the work – and you actively participate in the daily cleaning alongside your colleagues. The division is approximately 40% practical work and 60% supervision and administration.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining structure and planning with active involvement – and who wants to help develop our working methods at Grön Städning.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Lead, schedule, and follow up on colleagues' work to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Customer contact.
• Actively participate in daily cleaning to ensure high quality and good service for our customers.
• Plan and conduct training for new employees.
• Responsible for company cars.
• Order cleaning materials and other supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Liaise with external suppliers, for example for window cleaning.
• The role includes responsibility for cleaning for many customers, requiring good overall perspective and the ability to plan and organize work efficiently.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least one year of experience in professional home cleaning.
• Ideally experience in supervision including scheduling within home cleaning or similar areas.
• Solid experience in handling orders and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of home cleaning.
• Good communication skills and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working independently and is used to taking initiative and being responsible for developing operations and working methods.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with the Tengella booking system.

It is meritorious if you have long experience in professional home cleaning.

The position is a permanent employment (begins with a 6-month probationary period). We would like you to start immediately, but no later than August 17.
