About the Role
Lilja & Co is seeing an increased demand for our cleaning services and is now strengthening the organization. We are therefore looking for a Customer Account Manager - Team Leader who wants to be involved in developing our private market with a focus on home cleaning.
You will be part of a dedicated team where we support each other on a daily basis. The role is operational and varied, working closely with both customers and employees.
You are responsible for day-to-day operations and ensure that our assignments are carried out with high quality and good customer satisfaction. You plan, follow up and coordinate work, and play an important role in contact with our private customers.
You also actively work on developing customer relationships, receiving inquiries, providing quotes and identifying new business opportunities within the private market.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The role includes the following tasks and more:
· Responsible for daily operations within the private market
· Plan, staff and follow up on cleaning assignments
· Maintain ongoing contact with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
· Receive inquiries, quote and follow up on sales
· Recruit, introduce and train staff
· Follow up on quality in completed work
· Contribute to the development of methods and routines

Experience in cleaning services or another service industry is meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities, your commitment and your sense of responsibility.
