Cleaner with Supervisor Responsibilities at Hustomtar

Hustomtar Facility Service AB is a certified service company established in 2004. We deliver professional cleaning services to businesses with commitment, trust, and respect.

We are now looking for a cleaner with supervisor responsibilities who will have the overall supervisory responsibility for the assignment at Normal stores around Linköping, Norrköping and Greater Stockholm, but will also be part of the team performing the cleaning. The position is full-time, with the office in Sollentuna. Start according to agreement.

About the role

• Be involved in daily cleaning but also be able to step in for various extra assignments.

• Ensure that the cleaning staff follows cleaning schedules, routines, and quality standards.

• Responsible for routines in recruitment and introduction.

• Check that all stores are kept in approved condition according to the agreement.

• Follow up on complaints or deviations and report them further to the cleaners.

• Support and instruct staff in correct working methods, material usage, and machine handling.

• Maintain updated communication with the partner regarding status, problems, or changes.

• Deliver materials to the various stores.

• Backup in case of illness or other absence.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has long experience in the cleaning industry and leadership qualities.

• Has a flexible and solution-oriented working approach.

• Enjoys contact with customers, employees, and partners, and has no problem handling multiple tasks at once.

• Can consider flexible work where some evenings and weekends may occur.

• Has a valid driver's license (B class).

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
