Preschool Teacher

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, an engaged and curious licensed preschool teacher. You should be well familiar with the preschool curriculum. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for the pedagogical work and creating conditions for enjoyable learning based on the preschool curriculum. You are responsible for driving the work team's efforts towards the goals. You have the desire to try and develop new working methods and the ability to engage children in an educational and creative activity in collaboration with the team and in dialogue with parents.

We are looking for a preschool teacher with the attitude that the child can if given the opportunity. Our work is characterized by clear respect for the individual and a good relationship with children, guardians, and colleagues. We work to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children, offering them an exciting and creative environment.

We see the outdoor environment as an important resource, and much of the educational activities take place outdoors, both in the yard and in the forest. You should have good collaboration skills, be service-oriented, and work in a quality-conscious manner towards children, colleagues, and guardians. You must be able to express yourself very well in Swedish both orally and in writing.

We offer wellness benefits, pedagogical meals, and work clothes for outdoor use. Professional development occurs continuously. We partly cooperate with our "twin preschool" in Marnäs.

Olympica Preschool has three departments located in the same building with proximity to parks and forest.

We provide guardians with a clear thread throughout the entire operation to create safety and good quality for our children. Olympica has a profile of sports, play, and movement, as well as a strong commitment to respect for every individual and equal value. We focus on preventing all forms of abusive treatment. The principal also operates schools and preschools in Skålö, Leksand, Gagnef, Täby, and Hedemora.
