Preschool Teacher

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, a dedicated and curious preschool teacher who wants to develop the preschool and is well-versed in the preschool curriculum. As a preschool teacher, together with the team, you are responsible for the pedagogical teaching and creating conditions for enjoyable learning based on the preschool curriculum. You have the will to try and develop new work methods and the ability to engage children in educational and creative teaching in collaboration with the team and in dialogue with guardians. We are looking for preschool teachers who view that the child can succeed if educators provide opportunities and challenges. Our work is characterized by a clear respect for the individual and a good relationship with children, guardians, and colleagues. We work to create a safe, fun, and educational preschool for all children, where we offer children an exciting and creative environment. We consider the outdoor environment important and much of the pedagogical activity takes place outdoors, both in the yard and in the forest. You must have good teamwork skills, be service-oriented, and work with quality awareness towards children, colleagues, and guardians. You must be able to express yourself very well in Swedish both orally and in writing.

We offer pedagogical meals and work clothes for outdoor use.

Olympica Preschool is located in the scenic area of Stuggu, close to nature.

We provide guardians with a clear thread throughout the entire operation to create safety and good quality for our children. Olympica has a profile of sports, play, and movement, as well as a strong focus on respect for every individual and everyone's equal value. We focus on preventing all forms of abusive treatment. The principal also runs schools and preschools in Skålö, Leksand, Gagnef, Täby, and Ludvika.
