Childcare Worker - Näsbylundens Preschool

TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools in nine municipalities.

We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, runs developing preschool activities including care, play and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1-5 years.

We are now looking for a trained childcare worker with experience for a position at 40 hours/week at Näsbylundens preschool.

Näsbylunden is a preschool for those who are motivated and driven by collaboration, both with your team colleagues but also across the preschool.

We care about and prioritize joy at work and greatly value our work environment where communication and responsiveness are our main tools.

We have a well-functioning organization that is both stress-preventive and also provides time for scheduled planning time each week.

Näsbylunden is located in bright premises, near Näsbypark center, with a large yard and beautiful surrounding environments.

The preschool consists of four departments. Fjärilen, Trollsländan and Nyckelpigan have mixed-age groups with children 1-4 years and Humlan hosts the oldest children in the preschool who are 4-5 years old.

The preschool is led by our principal Linda Byskén together with two workplace leaders and each department is led by a trained preschool teacher who holds the position of team leader.

We strive to have high quality in our education and we do this by ensuring that our teaching is perceived as rich and interesting for the children. Play is central in everything we do so that children's learning is experienced as meaningful and joyful.

Children are offered different types of teaching every day, such as morning meetings, set-up stations, joint project weeks and planned activities in cross-groups.

Experience working with children in groups is required, as is working with children with special needs.

Childcare worker education as well as fluency in Swedish in speech and writing is required.

• Childcare worker education (required)

• Good knowledge of children's needs, development and learning

• Clear understanding of what our mission entails (good knowledge of Lpfö 18)

• Ability to translate theory into practice

• Good collaboration skills

• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing

• Ability to use digital tools in daily work
