Staff for Preschools

Andante Preschools consists of three preschools – two in Solna and one in Bromma.

For the fall, we are looking for new employees for temporary positions at all of our preschools. These positions do not require formal education, but we expect you to have a genuine interest in children and an understanding of the preschool's mission.

The work requires flexibility, responsibility, and commitment in caring for and educating young children. Previous experience working in a preschool is meritorious.

Everyone working in preschool must follow the curriculum, Lpfö 18 (revised 2025). This means you need to have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to carry out the assignment.

The positions are fixed-term temporary contracts, and we have a collective agreement. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, with varying employment periods up to one year. Regardless of employment rate, you need to be able to work within the timeframe 06:30–18:00.
