Bollerup Agricultural Institute and Natural Resources Upper Secondary School is an independent upper secondary school in Österlen with natural resource programs offering specialization in horses or agriculture.

Bollerup is now seeking an engaged and qualified teacher in social studies and/or business economics – preferably combined with courses in entrepreneurship.

The position is currently a permanent employment at 70% starting August 2026. The extent may increase during certain periods.

The position can be tailored to your competence profile, as we see several possible subject combinations depending on your qualifications and previous experience. You will primarily teach in the program "Sustainability and Entrepreneurship," but also in classes within the natural resource program.

The position includes planning, teaching, assessment, and mentoring for a student group.

• is a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach social studies and business economics at upper secondary level, or alternatively entrepreneurship and service skills
• has strong subject knowledge and clear pedagogical leadership
• has the ability to build good relationships with students and colleagues
• thrives in a development-oriented environment where initiative and collaboration are encouraged
• has experience with formative teaching and digital learning tools
