Childcare Worker Wanted for Vanten Preschool in Ängelholm (80 %)

Vanten Preschool is a parent cooperative located in a nature-near environment. Here, about 54 children aged 1–5 years gather, divided into four departments, in an operation where curiosity, exploration, and desire to learn are central.

With us, 13 dedicated educators work together with our own cook, who every day prepares nutritious food from scratch.

Our pedagogical foundation is inspired by Reggio Emilia, where we see each child as competent and full of potential. Children are allowed to explore, discover, and marvel together with other children and researching educators. We offer an inspiring environment, both indoors and outdoors, where creation, language, movement, and free play have a natural place.

We work project-oriented in both small and large groups and often bring learning out into nature. Sustainable development is an important part of our work, and we have been Green Flag certified for several years. Pedagogical documentation and collegial learning are central parts of our operation.

About the position

We are now looking for a childcare worker at 80 % who wants to become part of our operation and contribute to children's development and learning. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from working in preschool
• Has an interest in or knowledge of NPF (neuropsychiatric disabilities)
• Has a commitment to children's language development
• Has an understanding of systematic quality work
• Feels secure in using digital tools
• Is engaged, responsible, and thrives in collaboration with others
