You are a primary school teacher with qualifications in wood/metal and technology. You have good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and apply them practically in daily work. You are up to date with current research in your field. You are creative and can adapt your approach and pedagogical methods and techniques to the individual student's or group's needs. You also dare to take professional leadership and have a passion for your profession. You develop the pedagogical activities to be both fun, inspiring, and challenging. We expect that you see each student from a holistic perspective and have a positive view of students, showing commitment and interest in their lives. You build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. It is necessary that you have good Swedish in both speech and writing.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Duties:
We are now looking for a wood/metal and technology teacher for 100% for grades 3-9. Your assignment includes, among other things, planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work based on the school's governing documents and students' needs and interests, both individually and together with your work team. You collaborate with other school staff to ensure a good learning and working environment for both students and staff, and actively participate in the school's development work. As a newly hired employee, you will always have a mentor during your first year with us.
