You are a qualified primary school teacher with certification in sloyd (handicraft). You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and apply them practically in daily work. You stay updated with current research in your field. You are creative and can adapt your approach and pedagogical methods and techniques based on the individual student's or student group's needs. You also dare to exercise professional leadership and are passionate about your profession. You develop the educational activities to be both fun, inspiring, and challenging. We expect that you see each student from a holistic perspective, have a positive view of students, and show commitment and interest in students' lives. You build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. It is necessary that you have good Swedish in speech and writing.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Duties:

We are now looking for a sewing and textile teacher at 50% for grades 3–9. Your assignment includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the pedagogical work based on the school's governing documents and the student's needs and interests, both individually and together with the team you belong to. You collaborate with other school staff for a good learning and working environment for both students and staff, and actively participate in the school's development work. As a newly hired employee, you always receive a mentor during your first year with us.
