Preschool Teacher - Läsargränd Preschool

TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools in nine different municipalities.

We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, conducts developing preschool activities including care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1-5.

We are seeking a certified preschool teacher with experience and good references for Läsargränd Preschool.

Läsargränd is located in a quiet area near forest and nature in Gribbylund, Täby. The preschool consists of four departments with children aged 1-2, 2-4, and 3-5. We have a large and inviting yard offering varied play and motor challenges. Läsargränd has an open and solution-oriented work climate with a well-established, experienced, and committed staff group that collaborates closely between departments. The values work is very clear in the education, and we place great emphasis on a relationistic approach where everyone's voice is equally important. We actively work with sustainable development, have a norm-creative focus in the education, and a project-based working method based on the company's educational goals.

You are a positive and engaged educator who enjoys supporting children in their development and can collaborate with parents and the entire team. Läsargränd has a preparation kitchen with its own chef.

Start August 2026. The position is 35 hours/week.

• Preschool teacher degree with preschool teacher certification

• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning, clear child focus

• Good knowledge of the curriculum, a clear understanding of what our mission entails

• Good ability to lead your team

• Ability to translate theory into practice

• Ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of using digital tools in daily work

• Good collaboration skills
