Leisure Time Pedagogue / Teacher in Leisure Time Centre

We are looking for a qualified leisure time pedagogue/teacher in leisure time centre who is well versed in the governing documents of the leisure time centre and plans and evaluates the activities based on these.

In your position, you are responsible for leading the work in planning, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring good quality in the environment and teaching at the leisure time centre as well as the school's break-time activities.

You have positive and high expectations for the students and adapt teaching and activities to all students' levels, your assessment of each individual student, and with focus on what is best for the student. You work for an accessible leisure environment where routines and structure create safety and promote learning. With commitment and enthusiasm, you create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and cooperation, stimulating students to play, learn, and take personal responsibility.

You have good leadership skills and the ability to lead a team.

You are positive and have the ability to create trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

You have a pedagogical ability with a clear purpose to create a learning, joyful, and developing play and learning environment.

You are comfortable collaborating with students, guardians, and staff at the school.

You have a positive outlook on life and see opportunities rather than obstacles.
