Retail Salesperson / Installer / Service Technician – Home Appliances (Full-time)

Do you want a job where you can combine sales, customer contact, practical work, and technology – and be involved throughout the entire process from store to completed installation?

We are now looking for a new colleague for our store!

This is a full-time position for someone who wants a varied role and long-term development with us.

With us, you meet customers in the store and help them find the right home appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators/freezers – as well as small electric appliances like vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and kitchen products.

The work is varied and also includes warehouse duties, deliveries, and heavy lifting. An important part of the role is that, over time, you will also work with installation and service of home appliances at customers' homes.

Work is scheduled and includes Saturdays.

Your tasks

• Consulting and sales focused on customer needs

• Creating a positive customer experience from first contact to completion

• Sales of home appliances and small electric appliances

• Warehouse work and restocking

• Deliveries, installation, and heavy lifting

• Service and repairs of home appliances

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, outgoing, and enjoys talking to customers

• Has a positive and easy-going personality

• Is curious and willing to learn new products and tasks

• Is in good physical condition and can handle heavy lifting

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

• Holds a valid driver's license (B category)

• Has a technical interest and a desire to develop within service and installation

• Sees the employment as a long-term commitment

Experience in sales, installation, or troubleshooting is meritorious but not required.
