Who are we?

Best of Basic is a warm and personal fashion world for the conscious woman (35+). For us, every encounter is the beginning of a relationship. We are passionate about genuine service, knowledge of our brands, and offering that little extra that makes a difference in the customer's everyday life.

Our main specialty is pants for all of life's occasions and different body shapes. We live by the motto that clothes should be for you – you should never have to be for the clothes. We are proud of our expertise, so it is a big plus if you love the challenge of finding the perfect fit that flatters the customer's figure.

The positions we offer

We are now looking for staff for two permanent positions starting 2026-05-11 (6-month probationary period applies):

• Position 1: Extent approximately 43% (about 17 hours/week)
• 
  
• Position 2: Extent approximately 35% (about 14 hours/week)

Working hours include both weekdays and weekends. Location: Best of Basic, Frölunda Torg.

Your role includes:

• Inspire & guide: Help our customers find the right items with care, expertise, and a focus on a great fit.
• 
  
• Care for the store: Handle replenishment and ensure the store always feels welcoming and inspiring.
• 
  
• Digital handling: Pack web orders and manage contact with our warehouse.
• 
  
• Daily operations: Receive goods and handle professional cashier duties.
