Wanted: Production Manager for Artikel2's second-hand production

Are you a confident leader with an interest in second-hand goods? Do you have experience in assortment and sales? Are you driven to develop people and want to make the world more sustainable? Apply for the position of Production Manager for our supply chain! Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Through second-hand, development cooperation, and work integration, Artikel2 works for a world that truly lasts. We are a non-profit organization, religiously and politically independent, with a collective agreement and a 90-account (charity certification).

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Production Manager at Artikel2, you are responsible for ensuring that supply chain operations and delivery meet established plans, budget, and goals. The Production Manager has a good overview of the entire goods flow and works closely with transport and stores.

The team you lead consists of both employees and individuals in labor market measures. The role holder must therefore have a genuine interest in people's development and sees opportunities rather than limitations when demands are made and expectations are clarified.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring an efficient and high-quality supply of goods to our stores.

• Planning, prioritizing, and allocating work in the best way based on current conditions.

• Leading your team through goods preparation (such as sorting, valuation, and pricing) so that production pace and quality meet targets.

• Following up on key performance indicators and their compliance.

The role is primarily operational, but you also have responsibility for developing processes, assortment, and operations in consultation with the Supply Chain Manager, to whom you report.

Overall areas of responsibility:

• Quality responsible for assortment and pricing

• Introduction, development, and follow-up of the department's assigned individuals in labor market measures

• Ensuring efficient inventory management

• Maintenance of inventory

ABOUT YOU

You have a good and clear leadership characterized by responsiveness and a positive view of people. You share our vision of a labor market where there is an understanding that people have different abilities and conditions – and that individuals can grow.

To thrive in the role, you enjoy quick problem-solving and can handle the unexpected, as the incoming second-hand flow is largely unpredictable. You have a high degree of personal maturity and can independently prioritize tasks depending on the situation, and you are both structured and flexible in your role.

You have an understanding of the business, the logistics behind it, and the big picture. You have a genuine interest in second-hand and are motivated by the challenge of meeting delivery goals no matter how the day looks.

Requirements:

• Experience in goods flow and sales

• At least 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of managing 5 or more people

• Good planning skills and financial understanding

• Initiative and solution-oriented

• Good administrative and digital skills

• Good communication skills. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in assortment and pricing in second-hand

• Previous experience working with work integration

• Experience working with internal customers and providing high-quality service

• Previous experience in logistics

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., fashion, interior design, economics, sustainability) or equivalent experience

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period. Placement is at our sorting facility in Hägersten, Västberga Industrial Area, Stockholm. The role requires on-site presence. Artikel2 has a collective agreement.

APPLICATION

We look forward to receiving your application no later than May 20, 2026. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline, so do not wait to submit your application!
