Interim Unit Manager for assignments within Disability Support/LSS

We are seeking a unit manager for a consulting assignment within Disability Support/LSS. The assignment involves operational leadership with responsibility for operations, staff, and daily activities.

The role includes leading and distributing work, ensuring quality in the operations, and contributing to structure and stability. The assignment requires a present leadership style and good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education
• At least three years of documented experience in a managerial position within Disability Support/LSS
• Active experience as a manager for at least 18 months within the last 24 months
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good collaboration skills

• Tentative start date: May 18, 2026
• Assignment period: approximately three months
• Scope: full-time
