Position Overview

Last autumn, we added two onboarding/consultant managers to our team. Since we have experienced very strong growth in the last six months, we are now looking for a dynamic and results-oriented onboarding manager to join our growing team.

As a business-oriented manager, you will lead and manage the onboarding process, work closely with consultants, partners, and clients to understand their business needs and offer solutions to achieve their desires. The majority of our freelance consultants are engineers and high-tech experts from countries and cultures outside Sweden, so it is important to be able to explain the process so that they enter their assignments with the right expectations from the start. In addition to a good understanding of the Swedish social system and Swedish bureaucracy, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English. Speaking additional languages is a merit.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the consultant's onboarding process from start to finish.

• You will provide guidance and need to hold your consultants' hands throughout the onboarding process to ensure everything falls into place.

• Prepare and present proposals and financial calculations to offer and negotiate salary and other compensation.

• Establish and sign assignment contracts with both consultants and clients.

• The onboarding process is handled in our HR system and includes, among other things: applying for work and residence permits, registering for A-tax or SINK, applying for the expert tax, ID-06, and, if applicable, conducting security interviews. Similarly, assist candidates in applying for personal identity numbers, Swedish bank accounts with BankID, finding housing, etc.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to offer cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Super important!

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• You don't need to be a computer geek, but you need to be comfortable and have a feel for working with various applications and software solutions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good understanding of how the Swedish social system and bureaucracy function.

• Speak, read, and write Swedish and English fluently.

• Experience in a consulting or leadership role is a merit but not a requirement.

• A bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or a related field (master's preferred) is beneficial but not required.
