Management Assistant to Esplunda Lantbruk

About the role

As a management assistant with us, you will work closely with management and be an important part of the operational hub. You are our administrative support, which includes assisting with planning and structuring management tasks.

The role also involves handling our internal payroll and associated personnel administration.

You will have a central role in a varied daily life where the seasons set their mark and where your ability to stay one step ahead makes a difference.

The work involves many contacts, which requires that you can communicate, structure and prioritize. The role can evolve based on your strengths and driving forces.

You have experience from a coordinating role or similar. We prefer that you have a few years of work experience with payroll and personnel administration.

You are confident in Microsoft Office and accustomed to using digital tools in your work.

Experience in bookkeeping is meritorious.

You master Swedish fluently in speech and writing and can communicate in English.

Interest in agriculture is seen as positive but is not a requirement.

Who are we?

Just outside Enköping lies Esplunda. The farm has been in the family since 1547 and is now run by Per Nilsson, the 15th generation in direct descent.

Today we run a modern farm where tradition, quality and development go hand in hand. Our operations consist of crop cultivation, pig production and rearing of dairy heifers, as well as some contracting. At Esplunda, approximately 15 regular employees plus seasonal and weekend staff with various experiences and backgrounds work. Together we drive the business forward in an environment characterized by cooperation, responsibility and commitment.
