HR and Quality Manager – Home Care & Home Healthcare

We are now looking for an HR and Quality Manager who wants to help develop our operations in home care and home healthcare. This is a key role for someone who is both confident in leadership and has a strong commitment to quality, structure, and people.

About the role

As the HR and Quality Manager, you have an overall responsibility to ensure quality in both execution and work environment. You work closely with the operations manager and the team, and are an important link between staff, management, and our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring follow-up of goals, results, and quality in operations
• Driving and developing quality work according to applicable laws and guidelines (SoL and HSL)
• Managing improvement work
• Holding conversations with staff, clients, and relatives
• Supporting and coaching employees in their daily work
• Working with staffing, skills development, and induction
• Ensuring documentation and compliance in the record system
• Contributing to a strong and sustainable work culture

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from a similar role in home care, home healthcare, or other care companies
• Are confident in leading, even in challenging situations
• Have experience working with quality, follow-up, and improvement work
• Have good knowledge of regulations under SoL and HSL
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written Swedish
• Can create trust and build relationships

It is also advantageous if you have

• Experience in staff responsibility or team leadership
• Experience with systems such as Take Care or similar record systems
• Experience with scheduling and staff planning
• Experience working with labor law issues
