Ivarssons i Metsjö is a thriving, innovative, and growing company located just outside Linköping.
We at Metsjö currently focus on four main products — high-tech carts, hooklifts, machine halls, and mobile storage units. All of this is manufactured from scratch using steel as raw material. We value close collaboration with our customers, and our production facilities cover the entire chain from steel to finished product. Today, we deliver carts throughout Europe.
Metsjö is located just outside Linköping in a nature-oriented setting. It is within commuting distance to Norrköping, Åtvidaberg, and Mjölby, among others.
Today, the company has about 71 employees. The work here is often independent and autonomous, which means you will have a great deal of responsibility for your part of the production chain.
Approximately 15 people work in the office, including designers, drafters, production planners, salespeople, HR, and purchasers. We care about maintaining good cohesion between different areas, such as production and the office.

We now need some extra help in the accounting department, where the work includes registering incoming invoices, general daily bookkeeping, and conducting financial analyses.
We are looking for you who have previous experience as an accounting assistant or are studying business administration and want some extra work on the side. Since the position is 25% part-time, tasks can be distributed by agreement during the week, making this a flexible role. The tasks are simple but require accuracy, so we see you as an analytical person with a solid grasp of corporate finance and good computer skills. You will primarily work under the accounting manager but also communicate with other departments such as purchasing and sales.

- Monitor and handle invoice emails
- Match invoices to orders
Qualifications
- Class B driver's license (since the work is on-site in Metsjö, outside Linköping)
- Previous experience in corporate finance or as an accounting assistant.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Good computer skills, as part of the work requires knowledge of our business system Jeeves.
- Proficient in spoken and written Swedish
Working hours/duration:
The position is part-time, approximately 10-15 hours per week, with daytime hours. The employment will initially be a fixed-term contract of 6 months, after which it is intended to become a permanent position. Of course, we have a collective bargaining agreement at Metsjö.
