Job Duties

In the role of damage estimator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on work in the workshop.

Receive customers and register cases.

Perform damage assessments and create estimates.

Plan and distribute work in consultation with technicians.

Contact customers and insurance companies.

Order and follow up on spare parts.

Ensure documentation in the workshop system is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

Experience in damage estimation, workshop work, or similar is meritorious.

Good administrative ability and structure in work.

Experience working in Cabas is meritorious.

Ability to plan and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.

Good communication skills and service orientation.

Familiarity with working in systems is meritorious.
